Hello!

I would like to ask something about my O2 DSL. 

Although O2 have successfully deducted from my bank account the payment two times, I've received several letters asking to send the SEPA signed through Fax, or through a website. When I opened the website, it showed a message stating “Vielen Dank. Sie haben dem Lastschriftverfahren bereits zugestimmt.”

I wonder could someone help me with this issue. Thanks a lot!

welcome back right here in our community. 

You took over the DSL contract from your previous tennant, did you? If so you have to send the SEPA Mandat by fax. Remember the signature because this is all we are waiting for. Your permission to deduct. 

Let me briefly explain why we already started the direct debit. It is a temporary solution to give you some time to send the paper. And the note online is about this matter, but this is not for good. 

Kindly expecting your SEPA mandat otherwise we will change your payment method to transfer.

Hi. Thanks for clearing this out. I am okay with bank transfer myself. By the way, does the bank transfer works like you sent me the receipt at the end of each month and then I transfer the required amount?
