Hi O2


I have ordered DSL Internet but the order activation date is too late. I would like to cancel my order S - 57369258 and I have sent the ‘Widerrufsbelehrung’ for the withdrawal request. Still i am getting the calls regarding the activation.

Can you please let me know the status of Widerrufsbelehrung.

When and where did you send the cancellation document? It can take up to two weeks for this to be processed.


I have written an email to widerruf@cc.o2online.de with the ‘Widerrufsbelehrung’ form which I received along with the welcome mail

If you have sent the cancellation widerruf@cc.o2online.de everything is fine. It normally takes a few days until you receive the confirmation.
