Hello @TrinaB and wlcome to our o2 community :-)
Right now I am a bit puzzled what kind of referal fee you are tlking of. Do you have the possibility to put an (anonymized) screenshot of this email here in this thread so we may have a look into this?
Maybe opening the link in an inkognito tab in your browser may also help :-)
Regards,
Lars

Hi Giulia
The email is from o2 powered by Aklamio.
every link on the page goes back to my o2 Account and wants me to sign in. I was referred by a friend to o2 and am expecting a referral fee!
Who is Alkamio and how are they connected to o2?
Kind regards
Hello @TrinaB,
if a link goes to our o2 pages and prompts you to log in, try using the credentials that you are using when you log in to see your contract details :-)
What contract did you sign as you were referred to us? And when was this?
Aklaimo is a partner company that is used for referral
Regards,
Lars
Hi Lars
I have try signing in several times and it takes me no way that refers to Referrals. So that is not the key. This is why I am having this continually conversation.
My Kundenkonto is XXXXXXXXXX. It is for Festnetz & DSL dated 8.04.20
I would like to have the credit put against my account.
Kind regards
Katrina

Hello @TrinaB,
Have you already contacted the original sender of the email regarding this issue? Did the perxson that referred you to us already recieve the payment? Since ypou contract was activated several months ago could you tell us when you recieved this email? It is possible that some things have changed in this period of time.
Regards,
Lars
Hello again Lars
I never realised that this was such a difficult topic for o2.
I have not contacted the original sender. The click to redeem the 17.50 sends me directly to o2. Have you contacted the sender? Perhaps as a partner of o2, you should.
The person who referred me has received his money. Although he also said it was difficult and would never refer anyone again.
The orginal email was sent on 18.08.20
Nothing has changed.
Can I expect a credit from o2 soon?
Kind regards
Katrina
Hello @TrinaB,
so I had a deeper look into it and I was able to confirm what I was already thinking.
The email that you have posted a screenshot of mentions an “o2 referral account”, which is not to be mistaken with your o2 acount that you have using our online portal. This is handled by Aklamio so if any questions occur regarding the referral account I can only recommend to contact Aklamio regading this issue.
Regards,
Lars
