Hi am Javier Rodriguez,   Client of 02, this is my kunden nummer DE12xxx449. I try to paid the bill form the dsl as usual and since a few months i do the transfer  an in two days I have the money back from o2. Maybe your bank account change. Can you inform me please how much I owe to the company and where to transfer the money. I dont have internet and home and with al this corona drama is much need it. I dont know my login as i never log in so will need to know how much I have to pay and where to transfer. Thanks!   Also i try to call the hotline but is all in german please you dont have an english number?

In 2019 there was a system change in the o2 DSL old contracts, about which all customers were informed in writing and with the monthly invoice. Since then, customers who have not given o2 a direct debit authorisation must pay attention to the changed customer number and new bank details. Customers who have given o2 a direct debit authorisation do not have to worry about anything. 
If you have not yet registered for the new "Mein o2", you should do so as soon as possible. The outstanding amount will be displayed there. On every invoice you will find the bank details and your customer number. 

It is best if you give o2 a direct debit authorisation, then you don't need to worry about anything.

Falls Sie die offenen Beträge selbst überweisen, so verwenden Sie bitte ab sofort Ihre neue Kundennummer und folgende neue Bankverbindung:

  • Hypo Vereinsbank AG
  • IBAN: DE16 7002 0270 0005 7131 53
  • BIC: HYVEDEMMXXX

Thanks for your answer. Now i know where to send the money.

A o2 worker, give me my new kundennummer. I try to register as dsl-client with this number, but it did not work as they ask the festnetznummer, that i dont have as i never use a fix telefon and the dsl line is intall since ages. 

Could o2 send to me the festnetnummer and then like that, do my registration and pay my bills and then have finally internet again?! Could also o2 tell me the amount that i owe to company as i can not register in mein o2 and dadly did not recevie the invoice by mail.

You will find your phone number in the o2 order confirmation you received by email and/or letter, on every single invoice and in the menu of your o2 Homebox or AVM Fritzbox.

If you would like to give o2 a direct debit authorisation, you can use this form. There you only have to enter your customer number, not your phone number. Please do not forget to fill it out completely, sign it and send it to o2 by letter or fax.
