Hello,

I have an o2 Homespot LTE router problem I need help with. Before leaving for a 3 weeks vacation, I switched off my o2 Homespot LTE router device. Upon returning and switching it back on, the connection does not work. I have restarted and reset the device multiple times including changing location for it but it proves abortive. each time I turn it on, the indicator lights come on for a while, blink severally and then keeps going on and off on it own. so I have no internet at all. Is there any idea what the problem is and what solutions exist. Thanks for your ideas.

The meaning of the indicator lights can be found in the quick guide and the manual:

https://www.o2online.de/service/router/router-anleitungen/

You can use the o2 Live check to check whether there is a known problem with the o2 mobile network at the contractually agreed usage address.

Hello @Jekakubia ,

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

Do all the lights go on and blink or is it only specific ones? In that case blablup has already linked the page with the manuals that explain which signal LED shows what.

Kind regards, Sven
