o2 DSL contract termination and mobile contract termination

I need cancel my o2 dsl conract since I have new connection from landlord so I am not using this connection.

I like to know the procedure please help me

You can cancel your contract by letter to

 

Telefónica Germany GmbH & Co. OHG
Kundenbetreuung
90345 Nürnberg

 

Please mention your customer and/or landline number and don’t forget to sign the letter.

 

Alternatively you can also cancel your contract via online priority notice (log in neccessary) and confirmation by phone call.

 

Please note that your contract may have a long term duration (i.e. 24 months). It can only be cancelled by the end of the term.

 

If you have a router from us, it has to be returned after the end of the contract. Please use our return portal for the shipment. There you can download a return label or a mobile QR-code. The shipment is with DHL and free of charge.

thanks for your reply.

But I have a small doubt. My contract ends by December 2021. Then is that mean I cannot terminate the contract in between. Also I am not using the data, though should I need to pay the bills. 

 

Hello @Vaishali,

as you signed a contract that runs for 24 months we will continue to make sure that you can use our service for this time. Of course you may chose to not use our service but this does not entitle for a cancelation to an earlier date.
