Hi,

As my landlord now provided the internet. So i want to terminate my current o2 dsl contract as it was automatically extended for 24/04/2021 and this was suppose to be end on 24/04/2020. I have talked with O2 dsl customer care as per their instruction i had  wrote an email at  impressum@cc.o2online.de along with the proof of letter from my landlord on 23rd March 2020. By keeping the current situation in mind i am still waiting for the reply from O2. Kindly let me know the status of my request. Let me know if i have to do anything further on that.

Thank you so much. In addition to that i would like to know if whether i have to pay the monthly dsl charges after the termination of contract or not ? Or should i have to sent a special request for that separately?

sorry for my late reply. Your last invoice was for the period March 25th to April 24th. Your contract ended on April 28th. So you will receive another (last) invoice for the remaining three days.

 

Please also remember to send your router back to us. Please use our return portal to return your device: http://g.o2.de/GAF Here you can also print out a return label or download a mobile package label as a QR code. The return shipment is done with DHL and is free of charge.
