O2 Contract transfer and connection as well

Hi Team,

I am moving to another place and there is already wifi available, now I have to transfer my recent O2 connection to a girl who lives under my floor. So, how can I transfer the connection as well the contract on her name and what are the charges?

 

Need help urgently.

welcome to the o2 Community 💙.

You’ll have to move the contract to the new apartment and the new owner separately, that can’t be done as one. You’ll have to see which order makes the most sense there for you. If you do have any specific questions about this, then please let us know.

    It is best to request a change of contract owner in My o2.
