Fritzbox 6660 .. 

No technician showed up 

No internet connection

Date of activation was 3 nov 

Have tried all the YouTube steps and whatever helpline person said . 

Need a technician on urgent basis ..

I have fritzbox 6660 , the activation date was 3 nov .. I tried everything that was possible.. plugged in wires , buyed a multimedia adapter., watched all YouTube videos and the customer helpline is not helpful.. i followed all the steps on the App and still i have no internet . I don't speak German and I don't know where to get help .the people at shops are also not helpful. i request for an Technician to come and fix this .. i waited for 2 weeks that the technician will come and no one showed.. and now i know i had to do it myself. .. i just need help .please .

My fritzbox 6660 isn't working .. i had no technician to come over , waited the whole day ?! Whats the point of paying the money if you don't get your wifi on time .. the least i deserve is some technician to come and fix my home wifi .. the activation date was 3 nov ..and since then i am trying everything to get my wifi ... Please response not everyone is efficient enough to fix all wires problem... Jts a request of a customer please help me with wifi

Is there cable tv available?

Is it possible to ask a neighbor to check at his socket?

Is there a multi media socket in your flat or are you using the 2 to 3 pin adapter?

I have a multimedia socket with 2 opt ( tv and radio)  no my neighbour aren't helping i have tried

No i its not available in my area ..i cannot find this one i have checked all stores..

On the letter it was not mentioned that any technician will visit... But the O2 shop person said that the technician will visit on 3rd Nov between 8-12 pm . I waited the whole day . 

I have tried every shop but this adapter is not available any where . And i cannot buy it online.

the multimedia adapter should have been in the parcel together with your router and the cable . Can you please check if it is still in the box?

For the activation of your cable connection a visit of a technician is not neccessary, this was also communicated in our order confirmation.

In order to connect your router please also take a look at this video:

I didn't receive the adapter .. is there any chance of getting it from You guys? Because i didn't get it and i cannot find it .. 

The video you suggested i have seen it .. and the adapter is missing..

Today i received an msg about router replacement... And i activated it and i have the QR now . my question is when will i get the new router ?

the “replacement” is only the Adapter. It is being packed already and sent to your adress today, free of charges.

Please let us know when you have received it if everything is working then.

sorry for the missunderstandig, I thought you haven’t received the adapter.

Unfortunately, we can probably not solve this problem here in the community. I guess you have reset your router already?

I see that you have used the o2 My Service App . It should advise you in this case to call our technical support with the case number displayed.

Fritz box 6600 

Activation date 3 nov 

No internet access

IPv 4 and Ipv 6 not connected. 

I have tried customer help ( English) and used the service app , nothing helped. I also posted in this community.  everyone referess to technician but I can't speak German and they don't understand me . Can anyone help me ? how can i get a technician to fix this ??? 

This is not fair. O2 atleast you should make sure that the customer atleast gets what he is paying for ... This situation is really depressing.

Today after technician visit there is still no internet...he said i need to change my service provider .. only Vodafone will provide internet here . i am not sure what to do now ? Can any one help with a solution please. attaching my basement box ..

Are there any news from your side? Any Update regarding your internet connection?

Did you talk to my colleagues from tec department? If so did they create a trouble to check you cable internet?

Or is everything fine by now?

I had a technician appointment..and he said that i need to change my provider... There will be no O2 connection .. 

So for now I don't know what to do next ... And i cannot change my provider

Everything is zero . I have no access to the internet.  acc to the contract upload was 100 mb and 50 mb
