Hello DSL Team,

I have moved from Munich to Berlin, and the address I have moved to now in Berlin is Goeckestr. 32 A, 13055 Berlin, which is part of the HOWOGE apartment complex, which ranges from Goeckestr. 32-34.

Unfortunately your system doesn’t show the available service in 32 A, but only shows the service available in 32. This is a new apartment complex and we would be the first occupants. I think these new apartment units are not yet in O2 system, that is the reason of the error.

I have raised a request for the address change of DSL, mentioning the address as 32, and mentioning 32 A in the comments. I hope that the technician sees this information and goes to the correct building.

Or can you make the required changes in your system to also accommodate the intermediate units like A, B, C D E F etc… There are many such apartments, and I am not sure if that has been mapped yet.

Can you please help in this matter.

If you simply enter a wrong house number when ordering an o2 DSL connection, it is likely that no o2 DSL connection can be provided at all.
The house must be connected with an APL for classic copper telephone cables and there must be suitable copper telephone cabling in the house from the APL to the TAE socket in your apartment. If an APL is available, it is usually registered in the telecom database and it is possible to order a DSL connection.

The address which shows up is AbcStr. 32-34 and not the intermediate house numbers like 32 A, 33 B etc etc.
