No internet ist never a good situation. Does your router show any error messages that could give a clue as to what is going on? Aside from that, it would also be good to know what model you are using exactly.

@Mughal do you find out what kind of router are U using?

i am using o2 DSL router model 6741 yesterday the technician from O2 come and he was faild to install the router but he make a bill of 71 Euro for his unprofessional  and zero technical services

if you are using a HomeBox 2 6741, then I can only assume that you got this router second hand through ebay or a similar platform. Is that correct?

The 6741 is rent from O2 directly or from eBay or something else?

If not directly from O2 the 6741 will not work!!

If DSL LED is on than there is a Signal.

it is my own router DSL 6741 and the info light is red colour but DSL LED is blinking with green signals

Own mean you do not rent the 6741 from O2. Than the HomeBox 6741 will not work!

O2 Router could be only rent directly from O2 and will not work if not rent from O2.

So the HomeBox is a doorstopper.

If. You don’t have much money buy a FRITZ!Box 7520 from eBay or a 7530 / 7590 new.

as schluej has already said here, any HomeBox can only be rented directly from us. If you bought a unit, then this is a router that was rented by a different person before that was then illegally resold. The routers themselves only work with the contracts that they belonged to, which is why you can’t use the 6741 with your connection and why you have no internet connection.
From what I can see you’ve also ordered a HomeBox 3 directly from us, with that router you’ll be able to use your connection or if you’d rather use your own hardware then buy one of the models that schluej has recommended to you in his previous post.
