Moin Moin,
if you have a Multimeter U can check the voltage of the power supply.
If you get the voltage that is printed on the supply than the router is defect.
If the voltage is 0V, than you could buy a new power supply.
Voltage (V) must equal to the original Current (A/mA) must be equal or greater.
1000 mA = 1 A.
What kind of router are U using?
Hi,
Unfortunately, I changed it with another power supply, but still didn’t work.
I have O2 Homebox 6741.
What if my router is defect? Will O2 send a new one?
Thanks.

Hi @Ritky
Welcome to our o2 Community (and thanks schluej for your help)
Do you still need assistance, or did you talk to a colleague on the phone to order a new router for free?
Best Regards Matze
