Mein O2 does not work

Since 30 November, I have a DSL subscription from O2. It works fine, but I cannot use ‘Mein O2’:

 

@O2: Can you solve this please?

@BB_2020 Did you have your landline number and PKK (Personal 4 digit number) Than you can register your number. The error message look like from a Prospective customer account. Logout and create a new mein o2 Account.

How does it look like now? Did the tipp that @Joe Doe gave help? Were you able to register and access your Mein o2 area in the online portal now? :-)

Please try opening it up in an inkognito tab, if you still encounter error messages :-)

Hello,

I am going to try to make a new account. However, I don't have a PKK yet. It is not mentioned in the contract from O2, neither anywhere else. Perhaps the reason is that I have ordered the subscription through another website. 
I have requested to send a new PKK per mail.

By the way, my current account has worked before, I was able to follow the status of my DSL order, before the line was made active.
