My Fibre Optic was activated yesterday, my devices received the wifi signal but no internet connection. How to fix this issue?

Setup hase been done, with VLAN 7 and Benutzername *dsl*@*“ and password?

It's 5530, I have inserted the Benutzername *dsl*@*“ and password and retart the modem a few times as well.

 


If you have run the setup assistant, than call the hotline 0800 5251378.

There should be a Menu option like „DSL information“ i would thing fiber - Inormation.

could you send us the screen as a screen shoot, some screens has more information than scroll down lease.
