I would like to cancel my DSL contract which is still active, but I moved to a new apartment long time ago. But I’m still paying and now I like to cancel it.

 

The problem is I can’t access my account online so I do not have any contract details, but I have only the landline number.

 

Please help me in this regard.

If you do not want to use your o2 DSL contract at your new address:

Please fill out the cancellation form, sign it and send it to the address at the top of the form.

The termination will then become effective at the end of the agreed contract period.
