Hi @o2_Andrea,

Thank you so much for asking :)

With the old Fritzbox 7430, we did not see any changes, unfortunately. But with the new one, as @Droggelbecher  suggested, Fritzbox 7530 AX, everything is perfect.

Thanks again and Best Regards

Dear @Kolesar ,

welcome in our community. :snowman:

I have sent you an offer for the o2 My Home L to the email address we have on file. What do you think?
Do have your own router?
If you like the offer, you can order it directly via the link in the email, just click on the button in the email " Vertrag verlängern".

In accordance with the Transparency Ordinance, I would like to refer you to our product information sheets, which you can download at www.o2.de/produktinformationsblatt . There you will find all the product details. There you will find all product details listed again (without discounts).

Kind regards,

Andrea

Thank you @o2_Andrea,

I got an email and I think everything will be fine once when it will be activated. But I will post a new message later, after activation, just for confirmation.

I have one another question if you can help me.

At the moment I have FrizBox 7430 but I am not satisfied at all. So I bought another one (hopefully I did not make mistake) - Honor Router 3, but cannot connect directly to the ADSL through PPPoE. Is it possible to do that with this device?

Thanks and BR

Dear @Kolesar ,

I am not familiar with the Honor Router 3.  Maybe @Droggelbecher , @Joe Doe  , @Mister79 or @Thomas3 have more information for you. But the FritzBoxes are usually always a very good choice.

Kind regards,

Andrea

@Kolesar What VDSL Modem you use, because the Honor don't have a modem. And why you're are not happy with the Fritzbox 7430?

Yes, I saw it. Once the device arrived, I saw there was no modem, but I don’t want to return it because this FritzBox sucks in the WiFi area. For now, I use both (FritzBox for LAN and Honor for WiFi). I will try to find a good one later, but definitely not a FritzBox.

Thanks for your support!

@Kolesar You know the Fritzbox 7430 have only 2.4Ghz WiFi. Look a Fritzbox 7530/7590 If you want fully support from o2 in case there are DSL problems.

The FRITZ!Box 7430 is a very poor entry level model without 5 GHz WiFi. I suggest returning the Honor Router 3 and getting a FRITZ!Box 7530 AX, it is WiFi 6 compatible and thus great WiFi, has a great modem and really long support.
