I am very angry, because i had ordered a O2 DSLservice(Home M (LTE/5G)) from check24 before 3 weeks ago,  now i still had not received SIM CARD and some mechine about DSL, the email only told me to active the sim card, so that's a question about how to active sim card. Your company service effecent are very low, I really don't understand.Hope you can contact me when you are work, and solve this problem.Thanks.

Thank you for your reply, I have contacted check24 before, and they replied that the order was handed over to O2 3 weeks ago, and the follow-up service is in charge of O2, so the problem should still be in O2.

By the way this is not a dsl connection it is a mobile connection.

I have checked and my location can connect. Previously, O2 sent me the order number (XXXXXX), and I have been unable to query the order details because the system always prompts that the order number is wrong, and I don't know why. I don't speak German, so it's all very difficult for me.

Sorry to hear there are delays regarding the shipment of the SIM card and the router. I had a look into this and as far as I can see you should recieve both within a few days.

Yes, I recieved my SIM card and the hardware today. But there have a new problem, i can not active my sim card. When i input the sim card number they told me the data of your SIM card could not be determined.

please excuse the daly with the activation process. As far as I can see the SIM card has been activated already. Did you have the chance to test withoin the last few days? :-)

Before I received the device and the SIM card I got an email saying my SIM card was activated (April 6th), but I don't know which one it is? When I officially got the device and the card (on April 6th) to activate it, I found it couldn't be used at all, and it said "Unfortunately, the data of your SIM card could not be determined. Please contact the hotline.". So I asked my German-speaking friend to call on Saturday (April 6th) and they said the card I received was wrong and they would send me a new one this week.Hope the new card will help me.
