maybe your Mac mini has a problem or needs a restart.

Have restarted. More than once. Both the Mac Mini and the router. Anyone else?

since the issue seems to mostly come from one piece of hardware, I’d also agree with schluej that the most likely culprit here is the Mac. If it was with the FritzBox the reconnects would probably include some other devices as well instead.

@Northender Try only WPA2 configuration in Fritzbox at Wlan/Sicherheit (Wifi/Security)
