Unfortunately there is no chance to change a DSL contract online. We can arrange everything but have some questions first.
Do you wish to keep the monthly cancellation period or are you interested in a 24 month contract with a special offer?
Do you have a router to your contract and wish to keep it?
Please be aware that the flatrate to german mobile networks is no longer included in the new tariff.

thank you for the answer. I am interested in DSL Home L Flex tariff (with monthly cancellation). I got o2 box 6431 router from you (6 years ago). If the router is still usable for the higher tariff, i am fine to keep it (if it is without any fee). If not, i would prefer to buy new router by myself.
Regarding the phone, I do not use it, so i am fine with that.

you can keep the box for free if you like. I will arrange the change for you within the next days. As a little benefit I will set a discount of 5 EUR for the next six month to your tariff.
