Hi team,

 

I have an DSL connection with speed of 16 mpbs, however since I have shifted my apartment to Stuttgart, not getting proper internet speed. The speed I am getting these days is only 5 mbps, which is too low to work from home. I talked to O2 team couple of times, earlier they said they will increase the bandwidth, but it also didn’t work for me. Then I called O2 again and they said its not possible for me.

I verified the network availability earlier also when I was shifting apartment with O2 team and they said its possible that I would get good speed, but now I am not.

The guy from O2 who configured my connection in new apartment and the O2 technical team also said I need to talk to the O2 customer service agents to discuss if I can get any resolution. Please help me to resolve the issue, as its impacting my office work.

welcome to our community. Unfortunately we are unable to increase the bandwidth at this address. My colleagues who worked on the ticket send this note:

> Deactivate WLAN
> only 1 end device connected via LAN
> no switch, HUB, ¿in between
> no active downloads in the background

- please do a speed test (speedtest.net, speedtest.t-online.de)
>> if  the speed test is not ok - please repeat the speed test again with an alternative device (as described above)
>> if this is still not ok >> please try a speed test again with alternative LAN cable or alternative LAN port (as described above)
