Hello! I have a o2 DSL ALL-in L with keine Mindestlaufzeit which required a four weeks notice. I send my termination letter to o2 through aboalarm dated 17.09.2017 with proof of submission but i didn't get any response from o2 then I send a letter by post but still I am unable to know the status.
