DSL connection not activated on agreed date

Hello, I have ordered a new DSL bases WLAN connection. Connection activation date was 2 weeks after order 7th Dec. No one showed up on agreed time and date to activate the connection and O2 support team says they have nit received any update from technitian. When will the connection be activated?

What router is used?

Router is connected to line. The one which is delivered by O2 - Homebox3. 

But how it is related to not activating the connection by technician visit?

Is it normal that Even after appointment no one cones for activation? 

I saw some review for same issue but ignored it and now it is true in my case. 

I got a big mail and post saying that be present during the scheduled time otherwise for next appointment we charge xyz amount and etc.. But if technician don't come in scheduled, what is next? No value of users time?

What is the DSL LED doing?

LEDs - 

DSL - off

Internet - blinking Red/Blue

WLAN - Blue 

Others - Off

.. 

While connecting "anschlussinfo" - it shows no DSL or DSL not connected properly. 

 

I checked socket and only one possible way to connect. I am not sure if any connection issue between DSL socket to APL. 

 

Checked with owner and they confirmed DSL was used and it is working for them.

You have to call the hotline, tell them that the router is not able to sync. DSL LED is off.

Thank you for the detail on LEDs. If router is not able to sync, is it because of any connection issue or router issue? I mean is it something fixable by talking to hotline or should I wait for technician? 

I got another appointment.

How are things looking with your internet connection? Have you contacted the technical department with your case already? Since the router seems to not even receive a DSL signal at all, something is definitely not right here.

@schluej @o2_Sven yea, it is working now. The connection was wrong in APL. Technician visited and fixed it within few minutes. DSL was detected after that and so far no issue. Thank you for your responses on this thread.
