Hello O2, our activation date is on Monday, 30.03.2020, but we still did not receive a router (DSL connection S-xxxxxx / shipping POS-xxxxxxxx). From 21st of March we were waiting all day to receive the router. Due to the current situation, we are at home during the past two weeks. I checked my DHL tracking number and it said that the package has been sent back to the sender. Since our name is obviously on the bell and we were home the whole time, what are the other possibilities for this problem?

What will happen to our appointment with the technician?

When can we receive the router?

Is there any additional costs for this complication?

If the technician come and do his/her things, after that when i receive my router can i install it by myself?


Tech doesn’t need your router, he has a mobile device to check your line. But you will have to wait another 2 weeks without a router and have to call the hotline tomorrow about it.

Thank you very much. unfortunately our contract included a router device too. do you know why we should wait for 2 weeks? they send back our router via post again? can i install it by myself or a technician should install it?

Thank you , i have not any telephone number yet. When i call the o2 hotline they just want me to enter my telephone number, but my apartment dont have telephone number yet. Or maybe i dont know my telephone number and should ask from my landlord? Am i right? Or the technician guy from Telekom give me my apartment relephone number?


Should i call them with costumer or order or prepaid hotline? There are three diffrent numbers.

Customer hotline. It is like the wizard of oz, say three times „weiter“ instead of the number, clap your heels and you will be transferred to a person.

 


Is there anyone from o2 here that can hear me? I cant call the hotline for 5 hours!!!!!! I have tried hotline, whatsapp, and here and nobody answer me. Are we really in 2020 and cant contact with my DSL company?!!!!!

I havent receive my router!!!!!!!
