cancel my internet subscription

Hi,

I sent the papers to notify Im moving out and need to cancel ny internet subscription ab 3 weeks back and I still haven't received any information from O2. I need to send the router back, still  o address from O2 to do so. I moved out 2 months back and I am still paying the internet. Can you please let me know whats going on? Feels like robbery

You obviously don't know what robbery is then.

Have you moved within Germany or have you left the country?

Left the country - sorry but I think I am entitled at least to receive a notification that my request is in process - is not normal for a cancellation to take up to 2 months

Hello @Andrampetrescu and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you moved to another country you should recieve information on the same way that you sent your cancelation. If I understand you right you are no longer living in germany? Do you have letters that you recieve on your former address sent to your new location? Else it might be that we already sent your information but you may have missed it.

If you recieved a router from us for the time of the contract, you can send it back to us free of charge (from within germany), you will find all necessary information on our DSL logistics portal.

Hello Lars, thank you for your message. I sent all the document necessary for cancellation a few weeks back.

At this point I am waiting for cancellation confirmation and address to send the router. None have been sent to me so far via email.

Hello @Andrampetrescu,

if you can still recibve letters that are sent to your former address you will recieve or maybe already have recieved this information.

You find all necessary information to send your router back on our DSL logistics portal.
