Please complete the o2 DSL cancellation form, sign it and send it to o2 by letter or fax as indicated in the form.
To return the o2 router, please use the o2 DSL returns portal.
A separate hotline number for customers who do not speak German is not offered by o2.
Please note that billing is always retroactive and you will therefore receive at least one bill after the end of the contract that still needs to be paid.

Having a flex tariff with a months cancelation priod is always useful to be flexible. in moving to other locations.
