Hi
I have taken a O2 cable connection and for the past 3 weeks I am only waiting for it to be activated.
i have been given a ticket no. and nobody seems to be knowing what is the issue. no service technician has visited yet, they keep saying he will be coming soon,
I asked for a date and the answer is ASAP. totally unprofessional service and absolutely no positive response.
I think i made a big mistake going with O2.
