Hello O2 team,

 

I am changing my address from mid of May 2021. I would like to take my current DSL L contract with me to the new address.

 

I tried changing the address online as mentioned below but it was not successful

 

Can you please help me here? 

 

I also extended/upgraded my internet in October 2020. Can I also waive off the service charge for the address change?

What doesn't work?

If you extend the contract for 24 months from the time you move there is no set up fee for the new address.

I tried changing it in my O2 DSL page. I get a message like this if I try to change my address.

I upgraded my contract in Oct 2020. It has been 5 months already but it says it is still in process. 

Can you please help how I can change my address in the portal?

 

I upgraded my contract from DSL M to DSL L in my current address in October 2020 (until 2022). I am now registering my new address. Question: Can i waive off the service fee since I had already extended the contract?

Unfortunately you will have to call the customer service ar  089-78 79 79 400  to apply the change. By now the selfcare area at o2.de doesn’t work properly.

English support is available from Mon-Fri 11 am to 3 pm
