Hi Team, I have moved back to India and when inquiring for termination of contract I was asked to send a cancellation form and deregistration document as proof. I have sent all the necessary documents to the Telefonica Nuremberg address. I did not receive any confirmation or acknowledgment to my mentioned mail id or my friends Germany address.

I have been sent with my monthly charges bill to my German bank account. Can you help in canceling the contract and do the needful.

Thanks

Praveen

Hello @PraveenMCS and welcome to our o2 community :-)

If you are moving abroad and want to cancel your contract to an earlier date,, we need some documents as a proof. Just the deregistration form is not sufficient.

Here you will find all necessary information on the needed documents.

Regards,

Lars

Yes I agree. I have filled the same form and along with it I have submitted the deregistration document.

As, I am citizen of India so I won't be receiving any domicile document for that. Although I believe I have submited my travel ticket with that as proof I'm travelling back.

Can you suggest any other document which I can submit for it. ?

Hello @PraveenMCS,

as in the document suggested you can also provide the following: a notification of your new, foreign domicile alternatively a confirmation of your employer or landlord. :-)

Regards,

Lars

Dear Lars, I got the confirmation on cancellation from you on different thread.

Requesting you to please send the details to my registered email again.  Since it's not available in primary inbox or spam folder.

Thanks

Hello @PraveenMCS,

I iwll close this topic now since it is neither necessary nor does it help keeping an overview discussing the same question over different threads ;-)

The discussion will go on in your other thread.

Lars
