Hi, I am a foreigner and can not speak any Germany word. When I plan to extend the DSL contract, the online service always let me call hotline 089 787 979 400. Can you help me to extend my contract? I have sent many e-mails, but nobody reply to me. I just want to extend the contract, why the hotline are always busy? I am very confused.🤢

for this you maybe can use the live chat, or sent a letter or a fax to o2.

Also you can wait here for an o2 worker but i don´t know when someone looks here.



The Hotline has also english support but not everyone speaks english.

Thank you. Now I can not contact with the hotline. It is always recording phone. Can you give me the letter address and fax number. I would like to try both of these two methods. Maybe i will send the fax on Monday first, then send a letter to the service address.

as far as I can see you already were in touch with our customer service. As look as you don't cancel your contract it will keep running, so there is no need to worry that it the DSL connection will be deactivated.
