My WiFi is shows connected, but I can not access any internet page.
I tried troubleshooting and it shows "connection to the internet failed",
"connection to the server failed".
I have restarted the box, but it still does not work.
The internet light is off but the Wlan light is on (green) and blinking.

Moin Moin,
so DSL off means no DSL. But for a better help i is good to know your router type (e.g. 6641).
And the condition of the Internet and Info LED. WLAN ist on and blinking because of your access to the router.
For a quick help it could be useful to call the hotline:
Störungsannahme
O2 DSL Telefon
0800 52 51 37 8 Kostenfrei
Rufe diese kostenfreie Service-Rufnummer bitte möglichst von deinem Mobiltelefon aus an, da zur Problembehebung u. U. der Router neu gestartet werden muss und dadurch Anrufe vom Festnetz unterbrochen werden.
The could see very quick any errors of you DSLine.

Hi Flore,
a blinking LED on the router is a good sign. It indicates that Wifi is on and initialised. So the problem should not be with the router.
I am pretty sure that the problem resides in your computer. Have you already restarted your computer? If you haven't, please make this the first step! If you have an antivirus software installed, disable in a second step.
If this does not help, please follow these steps (taken from this pretty good manual - WLAN funktioniert nicht - Schritt-für-Schritt zum Ziel ) - I assume you have a Windows computer:
1.) Right click on network icon and choose "troubleshooting"
2.) Check if any flight mode is enabled (if you have a laptop, you might have a physical switch in the computer's enclosure, otherwise, check if you can enable/disable flight mode with short-keys)
3.) Type Windows-key + R simultaneously and enter "services.msc", check if these services are on:
5.) Reinstall the wifi adapter's driver in the device manager
I am very sure that one of the above steps will help. If you need further help, use Google Translate to get more info out of the quoted article.
Good luck

Hmmm...
If you read this "The internet light is off ". Then you know that your way will not necessarily be the right solution.

Ups, well, did not see/read/realize it...
@flore: Never mind. You need to debug your router.

Hi @Flore ,
as far as I can see the DSL connection isup and running again. The line is syncronized and the data is flowing again.
It looks to me as if there was some maintenance that caused the disruption.
Regards,
Lars
