Router not delivered

Hello, i have a problem, please help :-)

 

I have ordered router 3 weeks ago via phone. I still haven’t received the router and i can’t see it in my O2 admin area. The technician has already come but  without router, so i still cannot use the internet. Please help!

@Sali G what Router you have order? Hope no o2 Homebox. I strongly recommend to buy a router by yourself. I prefer a Fritzbox 7530 or 7590. supported by o2 and have english system menu.

Thank you for the quick reply. Sorry, I didn’t quite understand, are you saying that I won’t receive my router? Because I have ordered it already, and luckily it was a Fritzbox one.

@Sali G Ok. First. I am only a customer like you. I don’t know if the router send out to you. Contact the hotline for this, if you want a quick answer.

An o2 moderator can take up to 7 days before he visit your thread.

How does it look like now? Did you already recieve your router yet? Were our colleagues able to answer all your questions? If there are still any open questions feel free to ask, we will answer as soon as possible :-)
