Low internet speed and no resolution received

I got my internet connection earlier this month. But unfortunately I am not able to use the internet as the speed is too low. I have registered the complaint couple of times but the tickets are getting closed without any information or resolution.

What do I need to contact when I don’t receive resolution on my issues?

what kind of router do you have?

Pease do a test on www.breitbandmessung.de with LAN cable.

And send us the screen shout of the test.

Do you have more than 1 TAE socket in your flat?

The test has been done with LAN cable?

Are you using the original dsl cable?

No, I have only one TAE socket

Yes, Test was done connecting through LAN cable.

Yes its original DSL cable that came with the Box.

Hello Andrea,

Thank you for your response.

Yes I ran the diagnosis on the app. But it always shows too slow speed. 

It’s been 18 days we have raised complaint 4 times, no resolution yet but everytime the ticket gets closed without any information nor resolution.

It’s like torture for us to following up everytime and we are left behind without any support. No one is taking the responsibility to fix the issue. They ask me to wait, later the ticket is closed. 

Is there any way this will be handled with some responsibility and help us to concentrate on our life?

@PavanShal I am surprised that your 4 tickets have been closed without any information. One important question from me: o2 box original rent from o2 or buy private at Ebay Kleinanzeigen etc.?

O2 box is rented from O2. 

 

Can you imagine raising 4 tickets just within 20 days of new connection. It has become a headache and piling up my work.
