Wireles key look to the router on etikett. Do you find the wireless key. Mensch mein Englisch ist grottig.

Ok am Routerettikett  an deinem Router du findest einen Schlüssel oder Name Key das ist der Wireless Schlüssel für dein WLAN. Wenn du diesen sebst schon geändert hast dann hilft nur das beschriebene Verfahren Reset New configuration.

ok, i will test it, but my english is´nt very well:

if you need the password to access the router interface that you should even have been assigned since there can not be accessed even o2 . Unfortunately , if you do not have the password , then helps only a factory reset , the reset button and hold for 10-30 seconds , and re- set the router .

ok, step by step workaround for Router 6641/6431:

connect the router (preferably with lan) -> write in Browser-adress-line o2.box or 102.168.1.1-> at left side klick "Heimnetz"-> klick"WLAN" -> klick at top "Verschlüsselung" -> there you can change the wifi-key "WPA Verschlüsselung", best encoding for  "WPA-Modus" ist WPA2-> if you have changed the key klick at the bottom "Speichern"-> wait until the router has save-> then you can use the new key

„WPA Schlüssel“ darf nur Buchstaben (a-z, A-Z), Ziffern von 0 bis 9 und folgende Sonderzeichen (!"#$%&',()*+-./:;<=>?@[]^{|}~) enthalten.

I used the second choice WPA/wpa2

But it didn't work I don't know why

Means forbidden charakters in the password. Take another long password.

But the password has only characters and letters

no space button hit ? No shift button hit at wrong place ? No blank sign befor or afte key ?

For testing maybe only use numbers, when it works use numbers and letters.

ok, it seemd tht th browser was the reaseon. So after change the key with in opra and after the note that the change is in use if the wlan-key change successful ?
