I hope on English support, someone can help me. I'm having a lot of issues with O2 Support and DSL Activation.
Yesterday the technician came to my house, make all the cable connections and leave saying that it should be activate in few hours. I signed hopping that it will work. Unfortunately not.
So, at night I called to the Technical Support, and after many hours someone attended me. They were so nice, help me doing a lot of procedures with the Router but at the end, they decide to send a new one.
Now I have a problem. I receive a sms with a ticket number but I cannot check the ticket status on webpage, the technical support phone is always dropping the calls and the chat is always with problem. Any suggestion on how do I know if they are really working on it? They told me that I will receive a new one in a couple of days.
