Some time ago, around 2 months ago, I sent a cancellation letter to the adress which I should, but I didn't get any confirmation back (I sent it like a normal letter, also don't have a confirmation from post). Now I sent the others documents like "Abmeldebestätigung" "Anmeldung" from my new place, and the confirmation letter from my house owner (Those I sent "per Einschreiben") . Because of language problem I can't make a phone call and ask if it's good or not. Can you tell me if everything is going to be good?
I would like also to mention it's a DSL contract.

we received your contract cancellation and answered on February 28th to your german address that the DSL the termination will take effect on September 5th 2020. On April 25th we received further information from you (Vorläufige Meldebestätigung für die Abmeldung, Kündigungsbestätigung Wohnung, Meldebestätigung in Polen). However, this was not further processed by the termination team. So the day of deactivation has therefore not changed at the moment.
As I can see, you already had a chat with our hotline yesterday, where you were informed by the callagent. The colleague has requested a cancellation confirmation by email for you.

Thank you for your answer. Unfortunatelly I didn’t receive a letter to my address in Germany with information that my contract will terminate on 5th September 2020. As I understand I should receive a cancellation request on e-mail, but for now I also didn’t receive it yet, but after I receive it and confirm a cancellation my contract will end on 30.04.2019 as I would like to. Do I understand it correctly?

I don’t see the edit option to write something more. I sent also a router to the address which I became after filling the form from the site that someone has recommended me on my first topic- exactly this one.

Unfortunately I became also an E-Mail with information that your warehouse can’t accept it, so I think it come back to my old address in Germany, but from today I’m no more under this address. What is going to happen now?

this is the correct way to send hardware back to us: https://www.o2online.de/service/bestellung-lieferung/retoure/
If your router was not accepted at the used address, because you used the wrong one, you have to pay für the router. Maybe you know someone at your old address who can send the router to the correct address for you.
I now see that you were informed on May 2nd by email, that Your contract will be deactivated on May 14th 2019.

How could I use the wrong address, when I became it automatically printed from your system. Fortunately, everything is already good with router. I don’t know also where you write all those emails, but I didn’t receive nothing from you! Also I still didn’t receive the confirmation!!
