On 07.11.2014 by mistake when I was going through O2 app i touched [Jetzt Kaufen] button and without asking for any confirmation it has upgraded my present plan. It is such a disgrace that O2 has to play around with its customers like this. Later when I went and asked for cancellation of my upgrade all they said was we cant cancel the upgrade, this is utter stupidity when o2 can upgrade without even asking a confirmation message I don't understand how they can tell they cannot cancel my upgrade. And being a student I have to pay now 10 Euros extra every month which is really a high price and I cant afford it. I was referring my friend to take up o2 till now but after this incident i am having second thoughts. Please do consider my situation and give some positive reply.
