Ich kann meine Kontodaten nicht sehen. Nachdem ich mich bei login.o2online.de (Mein O2) angemeldet habe, kann ich nur auf hilfe.o2online.de (O2 Community) zugreifen. Ich kann meine Kontodaten, den aktuellen Verbrauch, Rechnungen usw. nicht sehen. Ich erhalte eine Nachricht:
"Entschuldigung
Aufgrund technischer Probleme koennen Ihren Daten derzeit nicht geladen werden. Bitte versuchen Sie es zu einem spaeteren Zeeitpunkt erneut.
Ihr O2 Team"
Ich glaube, es hat etwas mit der Eröffnung meines o2online-Kontos vor der Aktivierung meines DSL-Vertrags zu tun.

After I log in to login.o2online.de (Mein O2) I can only access hilfe.o2online.de (O2 Community), I cannot se my account data, current consumption, invoices etc. I am receiving the above message. I believe it has something to do with opening my o2online account before activation of my DSL contract.

I have registered again today using my O2 Festnetznummer. I had to chose new username because it would not accept my older two usernames (it said they are taken). And now when I log in with this new username I can see my data, consumption, invoices etc.. This is what I was looking for. If it is possible, I would like that you delete these two old accounts, they are only o2 community account. One is this one I am writing this message from, and the username of the other I can give you in private message, so please contact me, I don't know how to send you pm.
