Dear O2 team , i have bought a contract as servicce for DSL for my living apartment . It has been occured two problems :
1- As i signed the contract i should get a rotor which i got, but also i got am email for technicien coming for connection. I called just customer service & asked them due to my living haus which is a comeneus hous , seems not possible to find a special line to use for line & also due to this fact hat i'll chnage my address shortly , asked to post pond the technician comming time . I just called them 12 days before coming the technician . Some one from O2 on call, said you dan not change the appointment , but better to cancel the contract by sending a fax to a special number. Due to his word, i sent a fax & cancelled the contract. but no one ansewered me yet & i have the rotor in pack here in my home !
Please let me know how can i proceed this process as well the technician will come on 02.March.2011 to connect the system ? My custome number is : 1346 with Auftrags nr : EPOS 000 384 5088 0939
2- When i bought the service from O2 affiliate , he gave me a stick to use it till service connected , it just asked me for one euro & i paid it. After 10 days i got a bill for stick as 24.5 USD for use of stick from 15.01.2011 untill 15.02.2011. As you see i have fast the contract on 14.02.2011, but asked me to pay for free stick from the time one month before i buy it !!! I have sent the copy of my bill to customer service but not get final result yet .
