I called and send the cancellation document end of July to cancel my contract due to my Abmeldung from Germany. O2 is still charging me and I haven't received yet the confirmation of the cancellation. I was in Germany end of August and in the shop, they say my request was in process. It's been 2 months now, I would like O2 to stop charging me and to send me back the extra charged abo since my request was received. Please act !! Thank you for your prompt reply, Livia Dubos
