I got my first bill 1214xxxxxx51/06 and my customer number is 60xxxxxx833. When I did the contract I selected the fritz box router option. They tried to deliver it twice but didn't reach me and then cancelled it . Then the bill come with 124 euro which not suppose to be. I called the customer service 3 times. The first one in 04.07 and said they will return the 100 euro back as Gutschrift but I didn't receive anything till today. So I called again and I asked for english speaker but they didn't have any, so with my bad german I tried to explain and he was saying I will get back 60 euro because of "Einmaliger Anschlusspreis O2 DSL" which is not stated in my contract. After 2 hours I called again and finally I found an english speaker and he also confirmed that I suppose to get 100 euro not 60. Few minutes ago, I got an email with 60 euro Gutschrift.
How can this be fixed and why nothing goes straight forward with this company!!

the one time connection fee is a fee you usually always have to pay, when you order a new contract, regardless of whether dsl or mobile contract.
The fellow who had told you that you get the 100 Euro replaced, has already tried to credit the amount for you, but the credit entry was rejected, so you just received 60 Euro.
Because the fee is not listed in your confirmation of cost, I will try to submit this sum again for you.
