I just wanted to make a complaint about the quality of the service offered by O2. It seems like the minimum to expect from an Internet service provider, is that they provide internet services. O2 has failed quite consistently to meet that minimum. For the second time in several weeks my wifi simply stopped working, which wouldn't have been such a big deal, if the company actually provided some form of costumer service. Unfortunately, in 02 this means answering what seems like 100 questions with an automatic answering machine, then waiting over ten minutes, only to be relayed to someone who would tell me they'll "check the problem" and "get back to me. It's now been two days that this hasn't been dealt with. Last time it took 02 about a week to fix this problem, which was rather basic and could have probably taken a competent technician five minutes. And It shouldn't have occurred in the first place. All this time I'm paying for a service which I'm simply not receiving. Last time I payed Vodafone extra so I could use their home hotsport service while 02's poor wifi was down. O2 is outrageously incompetent, slow, and poorly managed. I highly reccomend you all avoid them at whatever cost. I will definitively use the next opportunity available to switch provider. Not providing services while charging money, is called fraud.

I don't see a dsl contract in your data at the moment, from which you can use wifi or wlan to your mobile devices. So I think you are speaking of mobile data over 2G, 3G and LTE.
Some base stations have failed at your contact address. Therefore, it can cause problems while using the phone and surfing. Our technicians know about it and are working on a solution.
