Hi,
I did submit DSL Relocation Request about 10 days ago by post and I haven't heard from any representative. I am suffering from no internet and its already costing me much. the appointment takes 20-25 days and its been 10 days and I haven't heard from you guys, what if I don't get any confirmation and I pay bill for two months for free. My question is how do I know about the appointment confirmation and even if you have received the request or not?

in your costumer-data-base I can see the notice, that you had spoke or wrote with our costumer service today, right? Do you have still questions about your request?
