Hello all,



I've made an order for DSL, and in the mean time I got connection from another provider. Now I would like to cancel my DSL order because, I no longer need it. I contacted O2 over whatsApp to cancel the order, but they said it can be done over call only, which is in german and as I'm relatively new here I didn't yet fully know german. Can someone please help me here! I would be thankful :)

If you have closed the contract outside of business premises, you can revoke it within the revocation period. Fill out the form and send it to the specified e-mail address. The form is in German. If necessary, use translation aids if you do not speak German.

Thanks for the answer! I made an order for DSL which is not yet processed yet! I mean, I did not get any router or internet from o2. They are in the process of checking my lines, no contract is signed yet. I don't have a contract/account number as well. Do I still need to fill the form?

If you ordered, the contract is "signed" from your side. Provide the order number instead of customer number in the form.

I don't even have an order number, I just got a mail on July 31st with header "Ihre Bestellung bei O₂". Below you can find the content of the mail. I have no idea how to cancel this thing!

o2 sends English E-Mails? I can't believe that.



Also look into the PDFs and you will find something like CINAo21234678 or POS123456789 and so on. If you are not able to provide the order number, make sure that all the other data you provide in the form exactly match the data you used when you ordered. Otherwise o2 customer service may not be able to identity your order and therefore it can not be revoked.

I translated the mail, so that's why you saw that in english, my bad I should've posted the german version. And I just sent them the form via email as you mentioned. Thanks for all the help.

Must contain your full name, adress, customer nr. and/or order nr. from confirmation mail

I tried everything suggested by you all. I sent a mail with filled revocation form and sent an email and also I forwarded "Ihre Bestellung bei O2" mail to widerruf@cc.o2online.de.



However, I didn't get any reply yet. and I don't know what to do as well. Can someone please look into this? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you sent the E-Mail, everything is fine. It will take some time until somebody will read your eMail and take the necessary steps. Be patient. There is nobody waiting especially for you because you don't know what you want.
