I would like to relocate my DSL connection to new address but since the customer care is in german ,i am not able to transfer the connection .
I tried online procedure to relocate but the website is giving an error.
I also tried below link but it says i have mobile contract not DSl contract

If you are not signed in pls do the following steps:
Choose: "Ich bin DSL Kunde" first
Then enter your landline number and a user name (no email adress!)
Next you fill in a password and repeat it.
That's it. You will have all details to your DSL contract there and also the form.

Okay, if the address is not available please fill in the form anyhow. My colleagues will check this matter for you. Maybe the database is not up to date. If the address is really unprovided they will cancel the contract for you.
