hallo to all.
I have o2 since March 2009. from then until now i had 4 times problem. the most recent problem is the low Internet speed.
I am paying for 4 Mbit but they are giving me only 2,3
I sent an Email 6 Weeks ago. They responded one week later saying that i am going to receive a call from technical support and 2 weeks later i received this call. I explained the problem and the promised to call me the next day to propose a solution.
Since then has passed now 3 weeks .

is the speed a problem of o2 or a problem on your computer? Long time ago, I had the same problem on my PC and I installed the programm "TCP-Optimizer" ... you may need this?
