Hello,
I ordered a DSL contract and the technician was supposed to come on Monday 27th. Took half day of holiday for it, but he didn't come. Quite pissed about it.
Now I asked O2 to call me. They did, I explained the problem. They transferred me to some other service, and the guy just told me in German "No one speaks English, sorry, bye".
Should I just forget about O2 because I don't speak German, or what?

Hello @Galven ,
if a technician does not show up at the apointment and the DSL connection is still noct running (some connections may be activated remotely) then a new apointment is necessary.
DTo do so please contact our DSL hotline. If you do nort speak any german at all I recommend to call with a friend of yours who does so since we can not promise that you will reach an english speaking agent.
AIn your case you should have already recieved a confirmation regarding the cancelation of the DSL contract.
Regards,
Lars
