Dear Sir/Madam,



I've recently ordered a DSL service for my apartment via O2 website. Afterwards I received one email from O2 which said my DSL-Auftrag is XXXXXXXXXX. And I can use the link in the email to see my order details. But now I cannot check my order detail which means that I will not know when the technikertermin will come to my apartment.

Hence, I need to know why I cannot check my order via the link and when the technikertermin will come to my apartment.

It is necessary because I need to schedule one time at home to wait for the technikertermin.

under some circumstances it may be necessary to set up a new order. In this case you will ercieve a new email with a new link to follow.

You will always recieve an email with further information like for example the date that the technician will show up, this is never only just shown on our online portal.

Yes, I see. One week ago I received a phone call from O2 to ask me offer more information about my address and I did. But up to now, I have not received any update to tell me when the technician will come whatever the link via the email or post mail. Could you send me a new email with information about the date?
