Hello,
I have submitted documents for my contract including the form (s), contract for residence abroad and deregistration certificate from Berlin. Please update me the status of the cancellation procedure.

we received your fax with the "Meldebestätigung der Abmeldung" and the "Cancellation of your mobile Phone number due to moving abroad" and your letter yesterday. So I think you'll get a response from the concerned fellows, soon.

    Hi @anchal ,

    did you get our email from may 31st? My colleagues need a few more documents and sent you a specific form for the cancellation. In case you didn't get the form, you can download it HERE.

    I had already submitted my abroad residential documents ( like rental contract and residence permit). In my last conversation, on same forum I was acknowledged with the reciept of them. I have already send the above form you mentioned (with permission to bill me the fee amount)and also deregistration certifcate from Berlin more than a week ago.
    So I would like to ask, whether you recieved my last post (deregistration certififcate and the form). If not, I would send them again and also fax it to you.
