O2 Contract Termination

Dear O2 Team, I bought new O2 Sim card with number XXXXXXXXXXXX on 16th Jan 2014 in Hamburg GermI bought new O2 Sim card with number XXXXXXXXXXXX  on 16th Jan 2014 in Hamburg Germany with 2 years contract. But due to circumstances of end of my work unexpectedly in Hamburg I left Hamburg in April 2014. But before traveling from Hamburg I have sent all necessary documents for cancellation of contract to Telefonica Germany. I too received Conformation message from O2 network stetting that they received all necessary documents for cancellation of contract and they told like they will process the same soon. I have attached my House Unmeldungen Copy, One way travel Ticket to India, Official letter from Office regarding end of work in Hamburg and a personal cover letter requesting for cancellation of contract before the due period due to end of work in hamburg. After that I travlled back to my Homeland India and here I am not using that Sim card but still for every month I am receiving monthly invoice that too doble time of normal package rate with fine amount, please process the same for termination of my contract. Regarding the same contacted Chat team thrice but due to their block for response it is disconnected. Please check these things and help me to cancel the contract. PFA for the message received from O2 Team on confirming the receiving of documents for cancellation.any with 2 years contract.
