There are many ways, how you can cancel a package:

a) Mein o2

b) Mein o2 App

c) The o2 package manager (USSD Code *104#)

d) The o2 Loop Kontomanager (call 5667)



The easiest way ist to use Mein o2 or the mein o2 App

Here is an example for Mein o2:



First enter this page: https://www.o2online.de/ecare-prepaid/tarifdetails



Next select the active package an press "Abbestellen"

In the next step you will asked if you want to cancel your package immediately (Sofort) or at the end of the running period (Abbestellen zum Laufzeitende). Select "Abbestellen zum Laufzeitende"

if you make a mistake, there is no turning back!



Then you get the confirmation

and if you check the state of the package again, you will see, that "aktiv" had changed to "aktiv, wird abbestellt"

Remember: After the running time of the package (and if you don`t book another package with internet), the Surf Dayflat (0,99 Euro per day) will activated atomatically, if your phone enters the mobile internet via your sim card.



Disabling mobile internet access on your phone does not always have the desired success!
